Its so green

This is the Floriendo lot. This will be the area where Ayala Mall be constructed sometime Q4 (quarter four) of the year and it is said it will be operational late 2011 and Q1 of 2012.

 This tree will remain. and it will serve as the epicenter of the mall. Ayala is green. This is Love!

AYALA MALL Cagayan de Oro Revealed

I guess this is what you’ve all been waiting for….the revised rendering of Ayala Mall Cagayan de Oro. As you can see, the proposed development will cover the entire Floirendo property fronting Gaisano Mall along CM Recto Avenue.

The hotel and BPO component are fully integrated into one huge building complex. I think Ayala maximized the use of the prime lot which has been idle for so many years. It’s safe to assume that the hotel (around 10 storeys) is the one at the corner of CM Recto and Corrales Avenue while the BPO (approx. 5-6 storeys) will be at the other corner of CM Recto and Capt. Vicente Roa Street.

Based on the above plan, the mall’s main entrance will be at the frontage along CM Recto Avenue with side entrances along Capt. V. Roa and possibly along Corrales Avenue as well.

Interestingly, Ayala incorporated some of their sustainable architecture with the “center tree” at the middle of the complex. I think they will retain the existing tree found at the center of the property.

Based on my info, the basement where the parking area will be located is designed to be 1.5 meters above street level.

So this is an initial glimpse of the much awaited Ayala Mall which is expected to start pile driving come August, at the earliest possible time. Coincidentally, it’s fiesta time in the city -  what a time to celebrate.

If Gaga continues to overdo her music video in the next single, well then, I will be one of the many who will get bore to her music videos. Imagine an almost 10mins video with so much non-sense devouring the whole film. I love the Alejandro song, it's catchy and makes you dance the Tango but for the video..?! Like? How did Alejandro, Fernando, Roberto and toto to to etc ... became gay dancing soldiers? I don't understand. I love Gaga because of her creativity but the part when she played a Red Nun and swallowing the Rosary, it pissed me off and it made me changed my mind. It seems like her uniqueness suck into her throat and somewhat like a catalyst of demonic ingenuity. God Bless Gaga.

Copycat

A copycat (also copy-cat or copy cat) is a person (or animal, or computer program) that mimics or repeats the behavior of another. The expression may derive from kittens that learned by imitating the behaviors of their mothers. It has been in use since at least 1896, in Sarah Orne Jewett's "The Country of the Pointed Firs". The term is often derogatory, suggesting a lack of originality.

Oh well, nowadays originality is rare to find. Once acused being 'copied' they are sued for plagiarism. The rebattle? say 'I'm inspired this and that' that is, usually the inspiration of the one being copied. Meow!
